Data collection forms

Data from operations can be entered directly into the NJR database. Where this is not feasible, data collection forms can be used to record data prior to electronic submission.

Minimum Data Set Version 6 is now live (launched on Friday 14 November 2014)

The revised and refined NJR Minimum Data Set - the mandatory information that is collected - went live on Friday 14 November 2014. There are small changes to what data are collected and how they are recorded on the data entry system. Ensuring use of the new data collection forms is one way of minimising disruption to data collection.
